VL Nutribird Rearing Food Bianco from Versele-Laga is a breeder's mix developed specifically for white and light-coloured canaries, mosaic canaries and colour mutations of European and tropical songbirds. The food contains no xanthophylls or dyes, so it won't alter the original feather colouring – exactly what breeders of these rare lines need.
The recipe is built around the demands birds face during nesting, chick growth and moulting. Here's what it brings to your charges:
- Increased vitamin A content – these species produce only limited amounts on their own.
- Lysine and methionine for strong plumage and healthy chick development.
- FOS and MOS prebiotics to support digestion and gut microflora.
- A complex of vitamins, minerals and trace elements for condition and fertility.
During nesting and moulting, feed freely; outside the season, a portion 2–3× a week is enough. Choose between a 1 kg or 4 kg pack depending on the size of your aviary.
