The VL Colombine Ideal Bloc pecking block by Versele-Laga is a practical way to provide your pigeons with the minerals and trace elements they need to stay in great daily condition. It's based on a clay mixture with sea shells, red stone, flint and turmeric – exactly what pigeons naturally seek out in the wild.
The pack contains 6 blocks of 550 g and is suitable for every group in your loft:
- breeding pigeons during laying and raising young
- growing chicks that need a strong skeleton
- racing and homing pigeons under strain
- aviary pigeons for a more varied diet
Usage is simple – each day, crumble a piece of the block onto a tray and let the pigeons take as much as they need. Refill with a fresh portion daily. Thanks to its high calcium content (13.5%), it supports strong eggshells and a sturdy skeleton in young birds.
