Hairball Remedy treat for rabbits 50g

When a rabbit starts shedding, it swallows lots of fur while grooming – and that fur can clump together in the stomach into hairballs (trichobezoars), which rabbits can't vomit up. FRANCODEX Hairball Remedy treats help prevent this thanks to a clever combination of malt, papaya and inulin, plus they smell wonderfully of pineapple.

What each piece does:

• Malt extract (12.5%) gets digestion moving and helps push fur through
• Papaya (4%) provides enzymes that break down hair in the stomach
• Inulin supports healthy gut microflora
• Pineapple flavour that rabbits love

Give these treats only to weaned rabbits over 10 weeks of age. Dosing is simple: 3 pieces a day for rabbits up to 1 kg, 5 pieces for larger ones. Don't forget fresh water, and use within one month after opening.
