ENERGYS Nature Pelleted Hay by Deheus is single-species hay made from premium ryegrass, pressed into practical 6mm pellets. Once soaked, it forms a soft mash that's easy to handle for seniors, toothless horses, or those with sensitive digestion. A great choice when you need a full replacement for traditional hay.
The high fibre content (280 g/kg) supports a healthy gut microbiome and regular digestion. Suitable for:
- breeding horses, ponies and hobby riders
- horses in medium to heavy work
- seniors and horses with trouble eating bulky feed
Preparation and feeding: soak the pellets for 20–30 minutes at a ratio of 1 part pellets to 2–3 parts water. When fully replacing hay, feed up to 6–8 kg per 500 kg of body weight. The 25 kg bag lasts for a long feeding period.
