Coconut Husk Tropical Substrate TR 9l

Looking for a natural bedding for your tropical terrarium? Trixie coconut substrate absorbs moisture, locks it in, and creates an environment where your reptiles, amphibians or invertebrates feel right at home. Once soaked in water, the pressed brick swells up to 7–8 times its original volume – a single pack gives you a generous layer of coconut fibre.

It's easy to use: place the brick in a container, pour in lukewarm water and let it soak. Spread the resulting substrate across the bottom of the terrarium. It holds humidity beautifully and encourages your animals' natural digging behaviour.
