Healthy Treats Apple 1kg

Pavo Healthy Treats Apple are treats for horses and ponies with the aroma of ripe apples that will delight both nibblers and their attentive owners. The main ingredients are dried apple pomace (25%) and grass with plant fibres – no grains, no artificial colours or flavourings.

Why reach for these instead of regular horse candies?

• Very low sugar and starch content – suitable even for overweight horses or those with metabolic issues
• 100% natural composition with no grains or chemical additives
• High fibre content (24.5%) for better digestion
• Smells like a freshly sliced apple – horses will ask for them themselves

Dosage: a maximum of 30 g per 100 kg of body weight per day. So for a 600 kg horse that's roughly 40 pieces, and for a pony of around 300 kg, half that amount is enough. A great reward during training or a little bit of pampering after a demanding day in the saddle.
