The Kruuse Rehab XS bandage protects your four-legged buddy's hock joint before, during and after recovery. It fits dogs the size of a Cocker Spaniel, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Fox Terrier, French Bulldog, Miniature Schnauzer or Shih Tzu – simply smaller breeds that need solid support for the hind leg.
It's made of neoprene, which is fully waterproof – the inside stays dry even during a rainy walk or a muddy trip to the woods. That's key for healing: a wet bandage cools the joint down and unnecessarily prolongs recovery.
When you'll appreciate the bandage:
- before and after hock surgery
- with tendon injuries
- for chronic arthritis or osteoarthritis
Putting it on is easy: slip the protector onto the tip of the hock with the opening facing out and secure it with the fastening straps above and below the joint. Size XS fits a circumference of roughly 14 cm at the widest point – before buying, we recommend measuring the leg according to the manufacturer's chart.
